Church growth

I read the following quote last week:

“The pastor who wants to keep his church full of people should first of all preach the gospel. Then he should preach the gospel keeping the following adverbs in mind: earnestly, interestingly and fully.”

- C.H. Spurgeon

A great quote by a great man of God who exemplified this well.

What's great about this is that if a church does grow, it would be growing with people who embrace the gospel, love Jesus, love to be reminded of the great work of God in redemption, and love to be led by shepherds who are zealous about the gospel.

May our churches be a filled with people who proclaim, celebrate, and live out the gospel!!
